Food and Fabrics

Nothing like getting into the summer feeling with a tropical drink and tropical colored
modern fabrics. I am trying to decide on a print to replace some drab beige linen on a couple of
wicker chairs I have in the living room. I would thoroughly enjoy kicking back and drinking one of these
fantastic refreshing drinks on one of Quadrille's beautiful contemporary cotton-linen prints in Tangerine or
Sunshine Yellow.

Woodnotes

Who would think that paper could be so beautiful?
 Woodnotes, a company located in Finland,
designs and manufactures products inspired by paper yarns. Founded in 1987 by textile designer Ritva Puotila and her son(who still run the business today) create the colors and textures of goods that every beach house should wrap itself in............................. Check out their new line of rugs, called BEACH.. I love the blue and sand  together.

Coastal Weddings

Ah Weddings...........on the coast....

So beautiful with good food, wine, and lots of love!

This wedding is my favorite of course...because it was my daughters. It was a beautiful day in Southern California. Tiffany's dress was pure silk chiffon, Matt's suit was  linen. The brides colors were navy and tangerine. The flowers were bright orange and tropical design. All in keeping with a "beach modern" feeling. 

Everything was perfect!
